Participation Agreement:
Participants agree to take part at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent hazards of escape room activities.

Confidentiality:
To preserve the experience for others, guests agree not to disclose puzzle content, clues, solutions, or room layouts.

Liability Limitations:
Cloak and Dagger Escape Rooms is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss of personal items incurred during your visit.

Rules of Play:
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. The use of phones, cameras, or recording devices inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Items:
Weapons and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. Outside food or drinks, and recording devices are not permitted in the escape rooms.

Restrictions on Conduct:
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate and may be asked to leave without a refund.

All Sales Final:
All bookings and purchases need a 48 hour notice in order for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, cancellations, or unused tickets.
